13th Annual COPA Awards Party

The 13TH Annual COPA Awards Party will be held on February 9 and 10 with a virtual event and each attendee  will have a personal Avatar, this will be your identity badge at the Paradise Island Conference digital venue that will be used this year. We wanted to have a dinner party but is not not feasible again this year.

ALL ATTENDEES GET A PERSONAL AVATAR

 
 

The Avatar will allow you to go into to different rooms and have one-on-one conversations with people you see at the digital venue (you can even send a drink emoticon, the event is BYOB). The rooms will be set up for presentations with video, for networking and group chats with friends and colleagues. We will also hold a drop-in digital venue open house so, you can get familar with the technology and check out the venue. Your registration package email will provide you with all the details.

Paradise Island Conference Centre with 180 person capacity

The winners can go to the stage at this digtal venue and receive the award and say a few words.
 

DAY 1 - Wednesday, February 9 - Check-in Day 

Tech Orientation: 9am-12pm
This will allow all attendees to learn or refresh themselves how to use the system. We have posted some of the finalists in each room to give you an incentive to navigate the digital resort.
